The Zoneline 3500 Series is a heat pump package terminal unit that
delivers efficiency without sacrificing guest comfort. In the air
conditioning mode, the 3500 delivers EERs of 9.6 - 11.8. The performance
of the heat pump is even more impressive, with COPs of 3.1 - 3.5
and a switchover temperature of 25 degrees outside temperature.
Guest comfort is assured because the resistant heat kicks in whenever
the room thermostat is not satisfied. These units can be ordered
with corrossion protection for coastal applications or with an Internal
Condensate Removal system that helps dissipate water from the heat
pump operation. The 3500 series also features 2 fan motors for quieter
and more efficient operation, and many standard features like freeze
sentinel, random restart protection, electronic temperature limiting,
and a new standard interface that provides CDC compatibility, as
well as remote thermostat, and infrared sensor/doorswitch compatibility.
Installation Options-The 3500 Series Zonelines
are designed for easy installation and offer a wide selection of
features, heating and cooling capacities and voltages to meet each
zonal application. The units may be installed flush to the finished
floor to 3"S from the ceiling. They may be ducted to condition
more than one room and are compatible with Class 2 remote thermostat
controls and with 2 wire CDC or many energy management systems.
Special order color matched architectural grills are also available.
Special corrosion protection is available as an option. An Internal
Condensate Removal ( ICR ) option is also available. ICR helps dissipate
water generated by the heat pump by depositing it over the warm
indoor coils.
